Shipping policy

Where we ship

We ship within the United States. We don't ship internationally yet.

When it ships

Orders ship within 1–3 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, not counting US holidays. Once your order is on its way, you'll get an email with tracking.

What it costs

Shipping is free on orders of $100 or more, after any discount codes. Under $100, you'll see the cost at checkout before you pay.

How long it takes

That depends on the carrier and where you live. Checkout shows your options and an estimate for each.

Wrong address

Check your address before you pay. If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as you can. If the order hasn't shipped yet, we'll fix it. Once it's with the carrier, we can't change it.

Tracking stopped moving

If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, contact us with your order number and we'll chase it.
