Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to send something back.

Clothing needs to come back unworn and unwashed, with the tags still on. We can't take back anything that's been worn.

Sunglasses can only come back in their original packaging, undamaged.

Skate decks can only come back unridden, with no grip tape applied and no trucks ever mounted.

How to return

1. Contact us with your order number and what you're sending back.
2. We'll reply with the return address.
3. Ship it back. You pay for return shipping, so use a tracked service. We can't refund a package that doesn't reach us.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and we've checked it, we refund the original payment method and confirm by email. Your bank may take a few business days to post it.

What you paid for shipping on the original order isn't refunded.

Need a different size?

The fastest way is to place a new order in the size you want, then return the first one for a refund. That way the new size isn't waiting on your return to reach us.

Damaged or wrong item

If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll pay to put it right.
